“Great price, exactly what I was looking for and shipped fast. Took a star off because it looks like the rubber handles are slipping off already. That usually happens but not right away. I would buy it again though!”

“We were really impressed by the quality of the equipment! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because we had some issues with delivery. I reached out to the customer service line twice and they were ABSOLUTELY no help. It felt like I was speaking to someone at a call center who had little to no desire to seek a solution. That being said once I requested to speak to a manager, who obviously actually worked AT TITAN, the whole problem was resolved. She was incredibly helpful and understanding.”

“Quick shipping, but packaging could be improved. Some items arrived with sctaches and knicks. Instructions are contradictory between steps and increased time required to assemble.”

“Package came in a large box secured to a pallet. Inside the box everything was wrapped in plastic and big pieces of foam separated all the parts. I assembled the equipment and there were no scratches. It is pretty well built and of high quality.”

“It is reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The welding could be better and the packaging was horrible. It could have been packaged and protected a lot better. My package arrived with my bar coming out of the box and the edges of the bar is self had no type of protector. My item was dented. It barely fit in the box and the edges were taped as if that would prevent the item from popping through. Even the UPS driver was baffled.”
