“Equipment is well-made and very sturdy. My only complaint is that the bar itself is 48” which puts the hardware at 49” so you can’t get lag screws into the center of the studs with 16” on center studs. I had to add some backer boards to mount it appropriately.”

“I’m 58 and been working out for 30 + years . Was in a car accident 8 months ago with 3 surgeries to go put a stop to a normal workout routine , as many know that is mentally unhealthy as much or more than physically unhealthy . I had never did farmer walks I was looking for away to keep everything active and I learned about farmer walking and how simple and effective they are so I saw the farmer walking bars on sale and bought them I started out with the bars and loved them after a step I’ve worked up to 10lbs on each end doesn’t sound like much but a few months ago I was walking with canes . The bars are a simple but effective way to work the whole body , they don’t equal a workout routine but they keep you active and working each muscle group 👍”
