“This has become my go to shop for home gym equipment going forward. Can immediately tell the quality of the equipment during assembly. Good for anyone committed to building a home gym.”

“Works as advertised! Pro’s: Built sturdy, seems indestructible, works perfectly, allows for your bench press lift to start right above chest, helps with my shoulder arthritis. Improvement areas: create better directions, a link to video directions would be best, include what each hole does because it took trial and error to see which hole adjustment increases the range of motion, increase hook size”

“Im working out in a small garage after the birth of my daughter. I still want my wife to be able to park the car in there because its very cold. These plus the x3 foldable rack allow me to save as much space as possible which is awesome.”
