“I purchased the Titan T2 rack with lat pull down attachment and was missing the extra short cable's. After talking to customer service (which did take a lot of back and forth conversation) the issue was resolved and the part delivered. The rack is solid as a rock and the lat pull down attachment is working. Thanks Titan 👍”

“Nothing “eco” about this piece of equipment. It’s built like an absolute tank. Phenomenal craftsmanship. Assembly was not difficult, the only semi-tricky part was mounting the bearing assembly. It didn’t initially line up and the instructions never mentioned anything about loosening tiny nuts with hex wrench to allow bar to slide further in. I eventually figured it out, but would include in the directions. I’m a loyal Titan customer after this great purchase!”

“Purchased what I expected to be new dumbbells. They sent item without a box an not even wrapped. Received scuffed up and definitely not in new condition. They offered me a 10% refund. They need to have more respect for themselves and not act like they are selling stuff at the flea market.”

“Very flexible and extremely solid storage rack. I was searching for a solid and sturdy rack that leaves room for expansion. This fit the bill and was the most reasonably priced in its market. I really like this product and would suggest it.”

“I have almost every Titan item for my commercial gym. It holds up to daily use very well. The T3 racks are great for bench press w their micro adjustments. The Titan series is a tank.”
