“This review is based on the lack of quick customer service. The lat pulldown bar provided with the machine did not meet the specifications listed on the website. It's 48" inches wide rather than the listed 42". I wish I had enough space where that difference isn't impactful, but I don't. This was the easiest customer service request of all time. I provided a picture of the bar with measuring tape showing it's 48" lenghth, and asked for a replacement that meets the specs. I still haven't heard back. I will not put the machine toghether until this is resolved, and I'm almost at the point where I will simply return the product in its entirety and use legal means for a full refund.”
