“I placed my order and had the product within three days! The packaging was incredible compared to other titan products I have ordered! I had to call to cancel a part of the order and the phone rep was great and the cancellation process was quick!”

“Great platform, impact pads are great. My only complaint about this setup was the bottom strapping that goes under the pads. The bolts do not sit flush and the straps are just not quite long enough to form a right angle after being tightened. This left about a 1/4" gap between the frame and the pads and made the pads not sit perfectly level. I opted to remove them and just bolt the frame down to the concrete, but not everyone will have this option.”

“Decent company who gets much of their low prices from using Chinese manufacturers. Wish they would not send out so many emails. Also, their "Nah, I don't want great deals" popup EVERY time you go to their website (even if you already are a member), is annoying.”

“Of all the Titan equipment I have purchased, this belt squat machine comes out as my favorite. Quick shipment was an added reward. As I’m unable to perform regular squats due to injury, the belt squat allows me to once again “go heavy “. LOVE IT!!”

“Item showed up with a bent hinge and would not latch to the rack. Emailed Titan with a request for a replacement part and was asked for photo/ video evidence of the issue. Still have not heard back after supplying the information. Kind of hard to use an item I cannot affix properly.”

“My very busy schedule only allowed me time today (Sunday, 9/29/24) to open the box. I carefully reviewed all items in the box that I saw, but was not able to put the machine together due to time constraints. Also, there were no instructions in the box.”
