“I’m assuming this is for my safety clips I ordered with my barbell. They are two seperate shipments. The clips were sent UPS, barbell sent FedEx. My barbell is sitting somewhere in VA over a week now. It’s disheartening any company still uses Fed Ex.”

“There could be extra emphasis on the power rack bolts that are slightly longer. I reviewed the directions but with other things going on during the build it’s easy to miss. Also, the spring clip plate holders are complete trash. I squeeze them as far as they can possibly go and they do not go on the bars that I purchased. Other than that everything else seems to be good and shipping was quick.”

“equipment had flaws in materials. weight stacks were different in style and color. they sent stickers for me to place on weight plates. really cheap and for the money spent it was low rate!!”

“Titan fitness offers more high quality products than the competition. There are so many options from racks to add on accessories no matter what model you choose. I saw the negative reviews on YouTube & other sites regarding the welds on the racks & attachments. I have an X3 with a handful of rack attachments and I’ve never had any issues. Great quality at a more than reasonable price. I have many friends and family members purchasing Titan racks & products after visiting my home gym and seeing the craftsmanship of their products.”

“I usually never have issues with Titan products. In fact my entire home gym is titan. I ordered the kilo plates with the intention of them being great quality. I went through 2 sets of 1.25 kg that were machined wrong and didn’t fit my bars. Only a refund was given instead of solving the problem. Then the paint has been coming off on my bars from the plates. It’s exposing the metal on the plates and I’ve only had them two weeks. Again normally happy with Titan. Just not this time.”

“Of the two items ordered, one of them arrived promptly. The other one, a scratch-n-dent item which I'm assuming was over sold, was removed from the order and refunded.”
