“I ordered a bar and a bench. The bar was fine, the bench had been dropped, had a rusty spot, and a stripped adjustment screw that wouldn't attach.”

“Purchased wall mounted pull-up bar. All in all transaction went well, however was missing a plastic cap piece. Could have lived without it but decided to reach out to customer service. Missing piece was sent to me, so all good. However CS rep made a fairly big deal about this being a one time courtesy and that I will need to purchase shipping insurance in the future. This interaction will make me think twice before purchasing anything of greater significance from Titan. I feel anything damaged or lost during the shipping process is on the seller and wouldn't want to be left holding the bag should any dispute arise.”

“The products are good quality for the price and came as designed. The rack I am using it with is not a Titan rack and I only had to bore out the pin holes a little bit to accept them. Overall happy with the quality, price and delivery times.”

“The lat pulldown product is very durable and high quality. It is also very tall which helps get a good stretch on your lats and is good for taller people. Delivery was no issue. I hired someone to put it together because other reviews said that the directions were difficult.”

“Fast shipping as always. Log came a little banged up with a few dents and one end was sticking out fully of the package but can’t fault Titan for the second part. Log is already warping though after only having it for like a week and a half unfortunately.”
