“I recently ordered one of the folding squat racks along with a barbell and landmine press from Titan. I could not be happier with the quality of the items that I received! Customer service was also incredibly helpful while I was placing my order. My only complaint with the squat rack was that it didn’t come with any mounting hardware, despite the fact that it is designed to be mounted into a wall. Overall, I am extremely happy and I would absolutely purchase from Titan fitness again!”

“The unit arrived without a hole drilled where a bolt was supposed to go and the bolt that was suppsoed to go through the hole was not supplied. Quality control needs to be improved before shipping units. The Titans' solution was to replace the entire bench, which would have meant disassembling it, packaging it, and shipping it, which would have been a great inconvenience. The defective part could simply have been supplied from the new unit Titan was going to send me.”

“I ordered the 3 tier dumbell rack. I think the product is very good quality....but The problem was that both of the main side braces are scratched along with several small dings, possibly during shipping. If there were foam inserts or a well designed box with partitions, that may alleviate the issue. Not a huge deal but, I expect to receive a new product without scratches and the need for me to use touch up paint.”

“I was hoping that although the product is cheap Chinese manufacturing that it would not show up looking like it was a returned product with chipping paint/coating all over it. Technically the product worked but I guess it is “you get what you pay for””

“Communication is great. I bought this power rack, thinking it was a complete set. It was not. It did not come the safety bars and it did not come with a stabilizer bar for the lower back of the power rack. I had to buy those separately. Not very happy. Rogue and Elite FTS would have shipped a complete rack.”
