“I gave ChatGPT 5 bars to help me choose from. I won’t list the others for my own reasons. After I told it what my workouts were, goals and expectations. It was a clear cut winner for price, durability & value. I ordered the bar, received it in a week with free shipping. Packaged great with a strong putter tube. Once I used it, the bar has great grip, balanced and works perfect. I do a 3 day full body, 6 large compound lifts, this bar has been perfect. This is the 7th thing I have bought from Titan Fitness. Everything has been great. Bench, Rack, Pull down tower & bar. Great stuff, great price and so far nothing has disappointed me.”

“I needed help from customer service to update my contact number and they directed me to reach out to the carrier directly. I would have preferred for Titan to handle it. Seems like a hand off process and it’s mostly self service once you pay for your item.”
