“Bad website. Bad policies. Partially shipped products that say "complete". A month later and I'm still missing parts.”

“i’ve gotta put this short and to the point because it won’t let me add everything that I wanna say. The reason I bought this bar… number one it has 48 mm handles that are knurled, number two. It comes in one piece with 1000 pound capacity, number three the price point is absolutely amazing. The product is very well built, very structurally sound, and cosmetically appealing…. Like anything I could always nitpick it to death over petty stuff. It’s a log bar!!! very well built. Do yourself a favor… buy one I didn’t think I needed it till I actually got it. I love mine.🏋️‍♀️”

“Machine came in quick and in a durable crate. Shipping company pretty much wheeled it in to the spot I was putting it. Assembly took less than hour with a friend and the right tools. ZERO issues with Titan Fitness.”

“Everything came fast. The installation was fairly straightforward, but I do know that the people that are not mechanically inclined may run into issues with the instructions provided. The equipment is rugged and seems to last. I have the calf raise machine, back extension, and safety squat bar. All came in at the same time and were put together on the same day with ease. The only negative is that they use FedEx and it’s not a knock on them…it’s a knock on FedEx because they suck in my area.”

“Trap bar arrived in fair time . I was excited to have received my open trap bar in a reasonable time, as I was assembling the it I ran into a problem one of the screws that attach to one of the handles and into the bar itself doesn't properly screw into the bar . I haven't reported yet but it shows that quality control is not being done or poorly done , other than that the bar is huge and solid.”

“I paid full price for a first quality, x3 rack. What was spilled all over my front porch was clearly someone's partially put together return. CS stated I would have to pay for return shipping. If I wanted this experience I would have saved money in the scratch and dented area.”
