“This review is for the "Roman Chair Back Hyperextension." I purchased this equipment, and it was shipped and delivered quickly. But the box came damaged, and the parts inside were packaged extremely poorly. Only thin bubble wrap was used, which is insufficient for something so heavy and bulky. Because of this, multiple pieces were scuffed and dented. The "Titan Fitness" metal name plate had a screw missing and was bent. I reached out to customer support, who offered a partial 10% refund due to the cosmetic damage. I also asked for a replacement name plate, but they said they were out of stock. The product itself is fine for the price, but purchase at your own risk. There is a high likelihood if they ship all their equipment haphazardly in a box, for it to arrive damaged. I will not buy from Titan Fitness again due to the high risk of parts being damaged during shipping.”

“I’ve owned several Titan products over the years T3 full rack, barbells, curl bars, wall mounted pulley system, wall mounted T3 folding rack which I wish would have came with stringers. They truly do make good products for the working class. If you want rogue quality with out the price then Titan fitness is right up your alley.”
