“Package never arrived. When I checked the delivery it said it was damaged 3 days prior and no one got back to me, then took me hours to get to their customer service. Had to get refunded and lose the extra money I paid for protecting the package. I’m sure the squat rack was decent but not buying or recommending buying here again.”

“The price is amazing for the quality. However, how the packaging was damaged when I received the product. I attached photos in how I received the support braces in their packaging. There was minor scratches, but I was concerned that the elements could have damaged the integrity of the braces and/or the possibility of losing hardware during shipment.”

“Very solid and sturdy pieces. Couldn't pull up the online assembly instructions for some reason?? But very intuitive / obvious how they went together (even for a guy like me who's not much on the tools / handyman front.) So very easy to assemble, even without the notes. Overall very happy with the product. VERY sturdy pieces, especially for the reasonable cost.”
