“I love the product! The customer service is lacking. Never received an initial confirmation with order number, after 2 weeks i had to write in and then was provided my order number. Additionally, i never received a shipping date or delivery update. I came home to a package next to my door one day. Aside from the ordering of product and the product itself were excellent.”
