“Purchased Safety Squat Bar with intention of sparing my shoulders from additional injury and enable me to continue to squat. Mission accomplished. Seems to shift more load to the quads. Shipping was quick, packing was very good, no damage. There are absolutely no problems with this bar or the use of it. If you are going to use in in tight quarters it's 4.5" longer than an Olympic bar and takes up quite a bit more space leaning against a wall. Very satisfied.”
