“Amazing customer service”

“I love Titan products. They are always affordable and the value-to-cost ratio is very good. There are occasionally small quality concerns but nothing that would affect the safety or usability of the product. For the money you are saving, you get the same workout as the more expensive products out there. About half of the core equipment in my home gym are Titan products.”

“Every piece of equipment I've ordered from Titan has been delivered quickly and amazing to use. Quality has been great, I've had some minor issues nothing crazy. Example the labels for the functional trainer weight stacks fell off; seated leg extention machine leg pad is slightly crooked. As long as their prices an shipping stay down I will definitely be buying more equipment from them.”

“Shipping was fast! Ordered mini farmer handles and sandbags held up great so far. 4 out of 5 just because the little plastic caps on farmer carries fell out almost rather they not come with them of have them glued in”

“Ordered a short t3 rack, barbell, and bench. Got them all very fast. None of the packaging was ripped or destroyed. Everything went together very easily, and so far I love it. Quality seems good. I’ll be building a platform to lag the rack down too, otherwise it seems plenty sturdy as is. I can’t wait to add to the rack with more attachments.”

“Instead of the item I ordered, I received a heavy box full of, essentially, scrap metal. My money was refunded, after several frustrating attempts to contact customer service, but now I have a box of scrap metal to figure out how to dispose of properly. Additionally, since my item was scratch and dent, I was not able to simply get another one shipped to me. I opted not to try to buy the product again from Titan, since I didn't want to chance a repeat of this experience.”

“Arrived in 3 days. Well packaged. Great condition. Improved version than the previous pair I have from about 4 or 5 years ago. Added UHMW protection for power rack and front of J-Hook.”
