“One of the bottom pulley bracket plates arrived with no hole where the bolt must go, and another part was bent. I had to hire a gym equipment assembler to drill/modify the unit just to complete assembly — the labor cost exceeded the product price. Support was slow/scripted (asked for clearer photos even though the issue was obvious) and defaulted to replacement/coupon talk instead of proper compensation for a defective, unbuildable-out-of-the-box product. Not a good first experience with Titan.”
