“The pulley cable tower came all bent up so I had to use a hammer to straighten everything back out in order to connect the pulleys. Other than that everything is sturdy and feels more solid than expected. I ordered the T3 rack, 2 wall mounted pulley towers, and a bench. The bench was super solid and basically already put together out the box. The nylon pulleys catch and aren’t as smooth as a commercial gym but that’s to be expected. Overall really great experience.”

“I sold my Rogue Rhino and replaced it with the Titan Squatmax MD … and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t get me wrong, the Rhino is a great piece of equipment, but when it comes to pure belt squats, the Squatmax MD is the absolute best. I went from hating leg day to looking forward to it. If you’re looking for a belt squat, look no further … get the Titan Squatmax MD”

“My delivery experience was a complete disaster. The product went to a different address that the one I provided. I had to call back multiple times. Product was delayed with poor updates. Due to the issues and investment of my time required to follow up I would not purchase from Titan Fitness again.”

“First, let me say that I never leave reviews, but under the circumstances, one is necessary this time. I received my order with a missing part. I called Titan and was told by the representative that the part wasn’t in inventory and that I could go and purchase it myself. I found this solution unacceptable and asked for a manager to call me back. I received a call back and was told the same thing, go purchase the part myself and the company would reimburse me for it. Again, I do not understand why it is my responsibility to take my time to track down the part and purchase it myself. Obviously I would not have made the purchase if I was aware that all parts were not included. As a business owner myself I would never tell a customer sorry we sent you an incomplete product, just go ahead and go shopping for the missing part to complete your product. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!”

“Order arrived quick which was great but didn’t fit. I reached out to customer service and have been waiting for someone to contact me but has not happened. I need to return my order and get refund. Customer service has not beeb horrible. On top of that, I’m responsible for shipping costs, $190, and restocking fee. I will never buy Titan fitness equipment again.”

“I like the equipment overall, but the online assembly guide is almost worthless. I had to use a YouTube video to help me construct the lat pull down tower. It felt cheap to rely on a confusing a set of online instructions than a paper instruction guide. I wish there was a bit more space between the pull down tower and the back of the rack as the cabling is uncomfortably close when I squat. Really like my adjustable bench, bumper plates and bar.”

“My wife and I see our personal trainer weekly. He has two Titan benches that we use often in our training. That promped us to add one to our garage gym to replace a very old unstable bench. Works beautiflly.”
