“My tall squat stand with half rack, dumbbell holders, 3 pairs of different TITAN J hooks (love the roller ones), safety spotter arms and long and short plates holders are strong, high quality and any bumps in the road satisfactorily attended to and resolved by customer service. They are perfect for me and my space.”

“Sending out products that’s require assembly without including instructions is dumb. Having to empty the entire box to find out there aren’t any instructions, which means I have to go on google to find instructions, is infuriating.”

“The sleaziest company I have ever done business with. They will accept payment for expedited shipping and then ship your order with ground shipping and refuse to issue a refund even though they didn’t ship your item expedited. I will gladly take my business to more reputable companies like rogue and rep fitness. You get what you pay for here. Garbage service and employees.”

“I tried to cancel a few hours after placing the order and was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. The website's quote on cancellations is: "We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order." No reference to a restocking fee for canceled orders. They confirmed the cancellation and refund, but a few days later, it arrived anyway. So now I'm stuck with the choice of paying to ship it back AND a 20% restock fee. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. I will never recommend this company to anyone.”
