“Customer service is professional but after reaching out about the machine and how uncomfortable it was I felt as there was nothing they could do. Did not feel valued as a customer who invested a lot of money into gym equipment.”

“After buying several used titan pieces for my home gym I found the quality to be pretty good so I needed a specialty item and bought the vice grip trainer new from Titan. The box was damaged in shipping and the unit was roughed up (nothing I could not live with or fix). Assembly was fast and easy but finding Resistance bands were not included as I believed they would be by the way the description on the website is written and not including the 2” Olympic adapter for the plates was a farther letdown.”
