“My order arrived in ONE day (and I did NOT pay for expedited shipping). Barbells were packaged very carefully, there was no possibility of damage. 10/10 experience, I will be back for more!”

“Price and delivery speed were fine but we accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I come back to the site and to my orders and I couldn't find any obvious way to return the item. I look at the bottom of the page and see Refund policy so I click it. Look at this: -Item must be unused, in the same condition that I received it, in original packaging. -I have to get a Return Authorization form, fill it out, and submit it to their support team. -I have to pay for shipping, PLUS a 20% restocking fee (deducted IF I get a refund). -Shipping an item over $75? "...Consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item." Nonsense. Absolute nonsense. I will never order from them again because of this alone.”

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. “Overall im very pleased with titan fitness as a whole. Most of my gym is comprised of titan or titan parts, the quality for price is always the best deal around. Ive been buying titan since 2019, and ive never had an issue with anything ,well over 10k worth of equipment at least.”

“Excellent product. The same quality as some of the other brands, but more affordable. I really like my adjustable kettlebell. It makes so much more sense than keeping an entire set around the home gym.”

“The package came damaged and missing parts. I have filed a claim and it’s been over a week with no response or update. Customer service is useless and they use a third party to facilitate the claims. At this point I have to assume that they are not going to address the issue. And I can’t even use the machine with the parts I’m missing.”
