The Bicep/tricep machine didnt come with operating instructions, I did call and rep gave wrong info on how to use tricep side. I had to go on line and look at videos from a similair brand who had same type of machine. ALSO A square PLASTIC CAP was missing from top of rotary area and was told not in stock and would get back to me regards.

The only negative aspect of this machine was the instructions. They took what should have been an easy and straightforward process and made it unnecessarily confusing. Referenced part numbers and details simply did not match with what was included, in some cases did not even match with other parts of the instructions, and some things (like the foot stand) were entirely omitted from the setup instructions. It's not a complicated thing to put together but it should have been so much easier. The only advantage I can see for having the instructions only be online and not included with the machine is so that Ironmaster has the opportunity to fix any errors and have the correct instructions for the specific version of the machine/included parts, so it's disappointing that none of that happened. That aside - I love this thing. After a short settling-in period where I figured out how to best place my feet and shoulders, I was able to cook my glutes and quads more than I ever. Placed a large rubber block right behind it so I can do sort of Bulgarian Split Squats, with no need to focus on not falling over I was able to get an incredible workout. Love it! Just.... do better with the instructions please!

This has been an eye-opener to me that there are hackers out there with genuine intentions to be of help to people and not to take from them. I fell for a crypto phishing scam that denied me access to my crypto investment worth around $275,000 in total. All effort deployed ends up taking more from me and makes the whole process frustrating. I had practically given up on this until I looked up an AD page that directed me to a team called hackspeditous. I reached out to them through the email; (hackspeditously @ gmail .com) and this happens to be the breakthrough I have been praying and looking out for. After I had reached out, I got the feedback I desired after a few hours, some details were requested and I am glad that was provided. In less than two weeks, this is the earliest feedback I have gotten when I have been trying to get these funds back. Very disappointed, i paid alot of money for the 60lb version and it ripped less than a week of use, wish i coukd upload a photo. Thid was my first time dealing with titan fitness, probably will be my last depending on customer support.

The equipement is well-priced and very good quality. Set-up was easy and will allow me to cancel my gym membership for less than $1,500.

First order was lost by Fedex. Second order was also lost by Fedex but eventually delivered late and arrived missing small parts. I was able to find suitable replacements at a hardware store. The product was otherwise pretty good.
