“My product was not as expected and defective. I have bought from titan several times in the past( ssb, Swiss bar, leg ext/curl machine etc) and have had no issues. But the return of this product apparently requires video and days/weeks of review to ensure I actually did receive a faulty product? Not the best customer service in my opinion”

“I wrote you an email re experience Poor website for payment ( hit my cc 4 times ) Called Titan by phone customer service people were confused Have them place an order by phone Got the address wrong so called back to deliver to correct one - son ended up getting 2 And we would like to send one back How hard is this ???”

“The item I ordered arrived with both shipping damage and manufacturing issues. When I tried to resolve the issue, I got a runaround. I attempted to resolve the issue again another day, and was placed on hold for three hours, until the busness day concluded along with my phone call. The first and last time I will purchase anything from Titan Fitness and I recommend to anyone considering making a purchase from them to find another manufacturer that will actually stand behind their products.”

“The wrist roller is great. Does what it is designed to do. The reason for the low rating is in the description it says that the handle portion is knurled. This is the reason why I bought the wrist roller, thinking the handle was knurled. To my surprise when I opened the package the handle has a foam layer on it. If you want a wrist roller with a knurled handle I suggest purchasing one from grip genie.”

“I LOVE THIS FUNCTIONAL TRAINER!!! It performs well above it's price point!! Outstanding quality and engineering! I needed a functional trainer that I could place upstairs, in what isn't our forever home (I may have to move this)... equals I didn't choose a Pin Loaded Dual Stack Machine from Titan/REP/Rogue Fitness because, I didn't want 1000 pounds+ in a concentrated area above our livingroom, that I might have to unassemble/pack/reassemble and move to another location!!!. I ordered and received the Titan Fitness Plate Loaded Functional Trainer. Packaging was good. Instuctions were good between the online Owners manual and Video, other than the cable routing and assembly... I had to take a look at some other owners Youtube Videos to make sure I had it right. I am a 64 year old Carpenter and a Mechanic, so if I had to do that, I am sure some Gen Z'ers would be clueless!!! I think you guys should post that video yourself!!! Other than that one negative, SPOT ON!!!”

“With regards to Titan Fitness' Customer Service practices & proceedures ... Farming out your customer service to an overseas company will certainly drive your customers back to Rogue Fitness, REP Fitness, Fringe Sport, Prime, ect ... & every other fitness company that has customer reps in & from the USA, to speak with it's customers & address their concerns ... When a customer service situation does come up, saving a little money on a product with Titan does not make up for lousy treatment of your customers from an overseas operation ................................... Nor do we / most want to wait on a "Call Back" to speak to someone .....”

“Overall, very good purchasing and delivery experience. Only missing one rubber bumper which I can replicate. The machine parts and fasteners were all pristine. The set up took a while and the online instructions were not exactly matched up to the part numbers in the kit. I'm all about paperless, but would have opted for some included printed instructions (printed them out anyway). The performance of the machine is excellent - a bit low to get into, would have made the catch bar 2" longer or adjustable for the 6' plus customers. This machine will likely outlast me.”
