“Love this 'short back' bench/seat. Can do overhead/reach movements for cable attachments without the worry of striking the taller back pads of my other benches. Upright chest supported 'BACK MUSCLES' pulls are great from shoulder width thru wide pulls. Easy seat to do seated bicep curls, concentration curls, tricep cable extensions, ...easy to move this bench around vs. the 80 - 100 pound benches I use for complex work.”

“I love my titan equipment and have been buying pieces from them throughout the years to grow my gym at home. Solid enough for my office use as well as a physical therapist. This new addition of the floor loaded hex bar is for my daughter to have a toy to play with when with me in the gym and for me. More neutral on the spine for us with adding jumping to my basketball player and my plyometrics. Also good way to introduce load to my senior citizens before I work on balance more with my bars. It is a big piece though so be ware of the size it takes in your space.. I’m excited to try the various grips for loading through different exercises like rows.”
