“Chain itself functionally is ok - however the zinc coating is flaking everywhere. First set of chains was lost in transit. Took nearly 3 weeks to get another set processed which was subsequently damaged heavily with a package barely put together and hanging on with tape.”

“I bought a hex bar, 4 bumper plates and clips. The quality of all products are exceptional! They are well made and I love that no assembly is required. “Overall happy with my purchase. Got a bench and sandbag. They came quickly and feel solid. One of the bench cushions arrived ripped, but I spoke to customer support and they had a replacement in the mail next day which I was very happy with. Overall good value.”

“Titan is a good company with a lot of products, and they're shipping very fast, but I'm not sure how many of the representatives actually work out, as it seems that their customer service department is overseas do not actually use these products.”

“First off I just like the Titan brand. I purched used the padded squat bar and love it. Also thinking about the fan bike. But this most resent purchase from Titan was fine. Only hiccup was what I ordered ended up being on backorder and was notified of this until after the purchase. Which wouldnt even be worth mentioning if I didnt have to contact Titan to see why I hadn't received notification of shipment days after placing the order. Might sound picky but a heads up at time of purchase or at least 24 hours after would be good on customer service end. But good quality equipment and good prices specially during a big sale. Would recommend Titan brand to others.”
