“I am still waiting for an item I ordered over a month ago. I had an email about a discrepancy. I answered that email I also received a phone call from one of your staff, l clarified the situation with him he said everything was fine and the order would go ahead I've heard nothing since. I can't even remember the name of the he item but it was an under eye massager to reduce puffiness. It was on offer for about 200.00.”

“Still haven't received item after 10 days. No help with telephone calls couldn't answer question sent email no outcome yet. Won't be ordering again.”

“NO ONE EVER CONTACTS YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE. I WAITED TO BE CONTACTED BY THE SAME DEPARTMENT FOR 5 WEEKS AND STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY THAT DEPARTMENT, I HAVE GIVEN UP BOTHERING. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. VERY POOR AFTER-SALES, VERY POOR.”

“I placed an order for a ring on the 19th December 2021. I waited patiently but I didn’t hear ANYTHING. I phoned to make an enquiry about my order. Very frustrated! The member of staff kept asking me when I placed the order. Even though, I did confirm my order number. I was advised to phone my bank & cancel my payment. Due to the ring pending? A few days later I received an email informing me that the ring was NOT in stock. At that stage I cancelled the order. Extremely disappointed, it was the first time, that, I have ever placed an order for jewellery. After, they messed up with NO explanation, whatsoever. It is most unlikely that I will be placing an order for jewellery in the future”

“On placing order for a ring valued at £1000, the customer services were not aware of the free resizing that the presenter was offering. The cust serv respondent asked me to verify my claim with a screen shot, but this was not possible as I ordered when the show was on TV & by time your cust service asked for this information, the programme had finished (it finished a full 24hrs before this request) Maybe the cust service dept should be made aware of what the shows are offering?”

“Have always been pleased with TJC Service, they never query any returns if the product is not suitable. I have found that if I need to get in touch with them for any reason the staff are helpful and very pleasant.”

“Items not received with no explanation given by TJC. Telephoned three times and one month after order eventually told after phoning again that a refund was being processed but no reason given. Item which has been returned to you has not been acknowledged so I don't know if you have received it. Pretty poor service and I feel sorry for your telephone operators. Shortage of staff is no excuse - everybody is busy at Christmas and most companies take on temporary staff in good time for Christmas. Why am I paying for TJC Plus when you can't deliver the service?”

“Although very polite on my 4 phone calls to customer services I was told the item had been dispatched twice when in fact it hadn't, I also sent 6 emails none of which were answered apart from a generic reply saying they were looking into my query. My first payment of 5 has been taken out of my account but I have still not received my ring, this is an expensive item so I am very concerned. On my last phone call I said I would never shop with tjc again and I never will. This is the worst on line company I have ever dealt with and doesn't even deserve one star.”
