“I made two orders. The first order which is this one was talking to an older man that seem to have struggled, finding out what I need. And it was hard to understand him. And then I called back the second time, hoping to get someone else. And I luckily and did. The gentleman knew exactly what I had suggested what I needed to do and made 100% sense . I was greatly appreciative of him very very much. He did a fantastic job.”

“Quality parts, customer service was great at addressing issues, however was told everything was instockand my package would ship immediately, and I placed a second order that should have shipped immediately, on second day air, that was on a Wednesday evening, the following Tuesday still had not even received tracking or notification it had shipped called and got it shipped, recieved an email saying my second ordered part would be in the box. The second ordered part was not in the box and had to get it shipped and still waiting for it to arrive. They took care of me with out a problem but alittle frustrating. Amazingly friendly and helpful getting it resolved so still 4 out of 5 stars.”
