“Ordered a set of Carli ball joints. Received a sent message. Weeks later informed that they couldn’t source….no refund. Waited for some time without a refund so messaged that I’d initiate a PayPal dispute if not refunded……ignored. Initiated the PP dispute and contacted by TorqueKing within 24hrs wanting me to cancel dispute and claiming they’d then pay. Declined their offer and they continued to insist they couldn’t refund but eventually did. VERY DODGY and would not recommend. BTW, ordered the ball joints from another provider and received within a week.”

Order Placed 6/14/21, Email sent 6/15/21 that we were out of stock and that we were waiting on an ETA from the Manufacturer. 7/9 customer was informed that our supplier could not supply for a whole year, the request was submitted to refund the order. The refund department went to refund the order 2 days after the request and they noticed the dispute on PayPal, we asked Ron to remove the dispute before we would refund the order. The reason we ask that the PayPal dispute is removed is because if we refund the order thru our system (not tied directly to PayPal) the PayPal dispute can still be finalized and we would then end up paying out twice for the same refund. We do not have any issues refunding orders. -TW We are not connected to the same network as the other provider, glad you received the parts you needed.
