“To be honest, for the price, I figured the guide book would have some SERIOUSLY up close pictures identifying which parts are which. Something that would really set it apart from the dealers service guide. While there are pictures... They aren't really helpful at all. There is also no reference on how to tell if parts are worn to the point of needing replacement. I'm seriously not pleased with my purchase and expected more from you guys.”

Sean, There is an entire exploded view that shows you which parts are which. Parts that are worn are typically pretty obvious, the book would be huge if we included close up photos of the worn or damaged parts.

“The availability of parts is great. The only downfall, and perhaps the biggest thing from making me more of a repeat customer is the lack of any type of parts diagram or OEM part numbers interchange. When ordering parts, especially parts like gears where exact fitment is critical, I really prefer having an OEM part number than just a description. Typically, I look at an OEM manual or parts diagram for part numbers, which I then search for using the OEM part number. Usually whenever the other sources turn up dry, I'll look here, since y'all do have a good inventory. I almost forgot to mention that your packaging could use a bit of improvement. There was quite a bit of surface rust forming on this part I ordered.”

“Needed a very small part for my NP 420 transmission .. Small, but necessary, and needed it quick. they had it, sent if overnight FedEX and i'm on the way. Very professional , rapid service, and the web site with pictures of parts is totally helpful”

“Tried some YouTube home made versions and ruined a seal after hours of making tool and NOT being able to keep the seal square as it seated. Correct tool turned the installation into minutes! Order arrived quickly, tool and seals were packed shrink wrapped to a cardboard backing for efficiency. Extremely happy with the experience - highly recommend and worth every penny.”
