“We couldn't find a thrust washer kit anywhere and they were waiting for their supplier to ship their stock as well, but Brittany went above and beyond and searched in the back and found individual washers to make up the kit. She got them shipped out that day. Highly recommended!!”

“While the products look great no real issue there,customer service was ok as well got responses back. But only issue I had was I ordered an item in stock, and it took 4 days to ship out. Ordered on a Friday and shipped out on a Tuesday not sure if that's normal for in stock items. Anyway other then that products look great and hopefully they last as expected. I had to do a return as well which was my fault just got the wrong item, so return process was as expected pay your shipping and restocking fees and got refunded in about 2 weeks. I like the details of the products online with measurements made it more easier and more confident in buying then just searching year and make.”

“These guys were amazing! Not only did they have the correct part, but the website explained why I needed to use that part and what other ware parts needed changed/inspected while I was in making that replacement. When I spoke with them on the phone they were knowledgeable and professional. They were very fast! I had the parts as quick as possible, at a reasonable price.”

“Had part that ford will not carry anymore. Thought shipping was a little high then I check price of anything anywhere small box at usps and found that the price had more than doubled since I worked there, so the price of almost $14.00 for shipping wasn't bad. I'm tax exempt but you don't have a place for that on your order form.”

“Torque king 4x4 was the only place I could find replacement o rings for my warn hub lockouts without buying a full rebuild kit. The o rings were reasonably priced, and they were shipped quickly. I installed them, and they work perfectly!”
