“I ordered 10 pcs of 5/8" x 2" NFT grade 8 machine bolts. I received 10 pcs of 1/2" x 6" NFT grade 8 machine bolts. Not only was the wrong product delivered, it also took 10 days to receive. The first 4 days a tracking of the shipment was not available because the company evidently hadn't shipped it yet.”
