“Their website is very easy to navigate and also has great information. The kits they have save time and aggravation vs looking up each part individually!! I have ordered several items from Torque King and all of the experiences have been GREAT!!!”

“Staff was efficient and pleasant to work with. Shipping was fast. Only reason I did not give a Five Star is there is room for improvement in inventory software. A better system with real-time results of in stock/out of stock status reports would help staff communicate better with customers and help make ordering and shipping decisions a one step process.”

“At Almost 2 months to receive the part, and I have ordered some other hard to find parts from Torque King, I'm disappointed that the part arrive with the seal lip bent. I do not think it was shipped out like that, it was most likely damaged in transit. Packing department needs to add some more bubble wrap/package protectors. Overall, it sealed the transfer case up, I like that it came with seals and everything. Failed on shipping and part arrive time”

“I would encourage anyone looking for any kind of part, to give Torque King a call! They actually manufactured a part we were going to have to wait on for over a month - AND it was on a Dodge Ram recall part. Dodge couldn't even get the part and this company was very professional, efficient and they delivered! It saved so much time of our company utility truck being down. They are live savers! “Everything seemed good except for the shift fork casting design was a bit off. There was an area of the lower arm that was slightly thicker than the factory dodge shift fork which caused a big problem. This caused the shift fork arm to hit and bind up hard against the idler shaft gear”
