“Parts were great quality. Getting the right parts took to long. Some of that was my inexperience but I gave the s/n to them and was still sent the wrong bearing twice. I’m thankful for getting the right one and the friendly phone conversation with them. They made it right. Just the delay was costly to my business.”

“I was very satisfied with my experience with torque king 4x4, I ordered 2 manuals that were extremely helpful so far. I am still taking my np205 transfer case apart and cleaning everything up yet, I still need parts yet, hopefully, they are as good as the manuals, I am glad to see not from China on the parts list.”

“Bought 2 small brake hardware kits of the same part number for a Dana 70. 1 stud was NOT the same as the second. Paid $160 for these small kits shipped to Canada. Luckily I only needed the one as I was able to reuse the old hardware kit on one side. Overpaying for something you need I can live with..but I’m not happy with the Product shipped. It will cost me more to return it now than the part itself. At least my park brake works now..”

“As a small shop in molalla oregon and a fairly frequent shopper at torque king the last few orders have taken too long to recieve. I have had to call and check up on orders sometimes twice to see when the will be shipped because they have sat in shipping for 2-3 days, I'm sure it's a staffing issue just like everywhere, But communications with customers about when I will have they're job done is very important to me. Thank you guys for quality products to get my jobs done, matt”

“Looking for a hard to find part for my Roxor as I messed up the lower cover on my transfer case. Torque King had the part and surprisingly it was very affordable. Placed my order and in just a few short days the part showed up at the front door. Great service. With the way I abuse my Roxor, I'm sure I'll be a returning customer.
