“TRIED TO CONTACT MULTIPLE TIMES BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL WITH NO RETURN COMMUNICATION, ITEMS THAT WERE LISTED AS RELATED TO ITEM BOUGHT DID NOT MATCH UP AND COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH TO GET ITEMS RETURNED AND REFUNDED, NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE AT ALL AND WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANKING INSTITUTION FOR FURTHER RESOVE...”
