“Ordered a tool and parts, needed them fast paid for overnight express shipping, 2 days later and they still have not Even shipped the order or printed a label. Why waste $100 on overnight shipping when it won't get here for 7 days now?”

“High quality and specialized tools required to complete any 2nd gen ram axle job. I just discovered this company and it has been a game-changer for rebuilding both of my axles. Also am a big fan of all the amplifying info that exists on a product page.”

“Quality parts, customer service was great at addressing issues, however was told everything was instockand my package would ship immediately, and I placed a second order that should have shipped immediately, on second day air, that was on a Wednesday evening, the following Tuesday still had not even received tracking or notification it had shipped called and got it shipped, recieved an email saying my second ordered part would be in the box. The second ordered part was not in the box and had to get it shipped and still waiting for it to arrive. They took care of me with out a problem but alittle frustrating. Amazingly friendly and helpful getting it resolved so still 4 out of 5 stars.”

“100% satisfied, ordered a new rear pinion seal for my 3500 Dooley, it looks like it was shipped out on the day promised and arrived Also, on the day it was promised, the parts were 100% authentic and more in their kit Then you can buy through a dealership and saved well over 50% of dealer cost, couldn’t be happier with my product.”
