“Price was right for what is, for the most part, a quality part. I did have to slightly modify the oil drain-back hole area to align with the hole in my transfer case. Otherwise, it fit well and prevented leaks, as it should.”

“Paid for expedited shipping and after a week I had to call and find out why my order wasn’t shipped. Although it was apparently due to a back ordered part that I wasn’t aware of ,somehow my order was shipped that day. Had I known that my order wasn’t in stock I would not have paid for the shipping”

“I usually have a great experience with your company. However, I called and sent pictures of a problem with the drive shaft I received. The guys said no problem they would take care of it(so I assumed they were making good on it). A week went by no call and no parts. I called a second time and it seemed no one knew about the first interaction. They said it went to their manager and I would get a call immediately! Well that never came to fruition. I call a couple days later. The gentleman said oh yeah I about your problem I have the parts and can have them out today or we can replace the shaft. I thought to save everyone a headache of a new shaft I would replace the parts myself. Well that was Monday it’s now Friday 9/15 and no email and no tracking information. I feel like it should not be this difficult. I paid good money for a product and I expect to get what I paid for. I’m not made of money and work hard everyday to make a living. I would appreciate some good old hospitality and customer service. Please fix this.”

“Service is awesome, I think Rich was helping me. Nobody in my home town had what I needed. Some didn't even know what I was looking for. I asked Rich if they had any of these in hand a Wave washer, torque lock washer. Rich out me on hold came back said I have them in hand. I was already a day late on hunting season he said with this being labor day weekend you might not get them till later in the week. Order was placed Friday parts were in my hand Tuesday morning!!!! Hell yea I was hunting that afternoon. Thanks for all your help and I will be and am a repeat customer. Awesome customer service.”
