“They parts are great, customer service and website not so much. I purchased a Jeep Dana 30 CAD right side axle seal off their website for my 87’ YJ . Bought the one at the top of the list that said specifically “Jeep XJ Cherokee, Jeep YJ Wrangler:1984-1987.5 Right Axle Shaft Seal” and turns out it’s the wrong seal, it’s larger than the one I pulled out and will not work. I call them and explain the issue and the guy on the phone said it’s my fault that I didn’t scroll down and look at the other seal listed. I explained that their website listed the seal I bought incorrectly and was told i should have cross referenced the part number from their website to make sure it would fit. Sure I guess I should have done that but when a website lists a part as the part I need…. I would think they listed it correctly. Then they wanted me to pay to ship the wrong seal back and then charged me full price and $12 to ship the correct one to me. None of the parts store around me had it so didn’t have a choice other than to eat the cost of not only the seal and shipping for the one they have listed wrong, but then the correct one and shipping. Bottom line, parts are great just verify the part numbers listed on their website are the correct parts you need.”

“I was trying to order a driver and a seal installer gave the type of rear end I need it for but you guys got it wrong. You sent me a return label I sent it back via UPS. Also the next day I left a message on your automated system. I haven’t got a email or a call back. I left my name and order number too.”
