“Product was available. Unlike others, using third party shipping companies and the lack of specification as well as choice of shipping, Torque King 4X4 was quite specific regarding shipping method and choice. I have yet to install the item i ordered.”

“NP 202 transfer rebuild kit had everything I needed but the seals were wrong for my yokes. I'm not sure if that is something that was overlooked on their end or if for some reason my original transfer case has different U joints (ie Yokes) Mine were 2" and I had to find seals to fit.”

“Product is good, customer service is subpar. Sent email, no answer. Called and did get an answer but tried to get a pdf or some kind of installation instructions and none were available. Only option was to buy a 10$ printed book, which would have taken a week to deliver and I needed to install asap. Perhaps include instructions with the purchase? That would be helpful.”

“Needed to cancel an order and sent an email 5 minutes after order was placed. Got no reply, sent a second email 4 hrs later, no reply. Then called and was told I’d be sent a form to cancel the order. Got nothing. Emailed again the next day and was then told the order couldn’t be canceled in time….it already shipped!!! Wtf? Still have not received the order. Could’ve saved me alot of trouble and time and money on shipping both ways if you had your system worked out…”
