“I am a GM mechanic have been for over 10 years. Bought this specific seal driver to make install right and much quicker. Got the seal driver, noticed it does not fit around the seal all the way. Thought they had to have tested this, so I tried it out. It ruined my seal and did not work at all I am very unhappy with this product do not buy it. It does not work right at all I had to buy a new seal out of my pocket.”

Ordered QT1523 to install a National Seal. The description for QT1523 says: "...is specifically made to install QU30102 GM/AAM original equipment, oil-bath inner rear wheel seals..." national is not the EO seal, therefore the installer obviously will not work properly. When seal manufactures design seals the ID and OD are the only dimensions that need to match OE spec, the design of the body can be different and may require an installer that presses on different parts of the seal. Please read full descriptions before purchasing anything.

“Got everything together. Took a touch longer to ship than I would’ve liked, but supply issues everywhere, makes it understandable. The only real issue is 4 bolts securing a the axle shafts to the hubs had weak threads. Had to use the old bolts to straighten the hub threads. Will likely order from TK4X4 again.”
