“Horrific Poor Service Will Never use again. I still had to sourced part elsewhere to meet our extended deadline for their mistake. They sent Wrong part & would not refund... Sent us part anyway after a week of back and forth BS emails stating the oblivious. They still sent part too late even after I ask for a refund for THEIR mistake and returned wrong part.”

Part was mislabeled from our supplier, after emails and phone calls back and forth we were asked by Ronald to reship the part as soon as possible, part was drop shipped from supplier to save time. Not once was it requested that the order be refunded, we would have gladly refunded the same day it was requested. Correct part was returned to us and a full refund was issued. -TW

“The order shipped shortly after being placed, upon arrival the item was damaged in shipping. I contacted torqueking by email and was asked to provide the pictures I took of the damaged item and submit them by email. After doing so, I received an email stating the item replacement item was being shipped out asap and would be receiving an email with a return label. Although I have not yet received the label to return the damaged item, I was very pleased with the way the matter was dealt with and how quick the problem was resolved.”

“I really only needed three 3 cone washers and one stud so I ended up spending a lot to get what I needed. Your cone washers were beefier that what I had but they half ass worked. Your stud was also different but it was better than nothing. Ron”
