“Chris really went above and beyond in assisting me with my issue. I received the parts needed to get my transfer case and slip yolk replaced. This really fixed my leakage issue along with the mild vibration issue that wore my bushing incorrectly. I would highly recommend them if you need to get you rig back to work. This was on my 2500 4x4 Cummins 03. Jay”

“Everything was fine except having to pay over inflated shipping on an item that could have been shipped in a less than dollar envelope or a small padded envelope for 2-3 dollars, I doubt I will be back even though you are very close to where I live, sorry, the package was so big I almost didn't find the piece in it since it was about the size of a dime”

Priority Mail works better than First Class Mail, we have tried it. When shipping with USPS using a larger pack on something "the size of a dime" helps ensure it makes it. We all know how USPS works (or doesn't). Looking it up on the USPS website it would cost John Doe $9.30 to ship, so $1.45 was way overinflated, even the small padded envelope is $8.70, so if you have a source that is cheaper for priority mail shipping, please share with the class. -TW
