“I broke down in Florida while on vacation. My bearing failed and destroyed everything on that side of my 1986 f350 dana 60 front end. After spending a week at local auto part supplies and Ford dealers trying to find parts (which are discontinued) i came across Torque King on the internet. They are 4x4 specialists! They had every part i needed as i had to rebuild the whole side including the axel. They were very helpful and professional and shipped all the parts to me overnight. The parts where of high quality and an exact match. I have already recommended them to repair shops in my area and would recommend them to everyone.”

“Glad you're there! These are hard to find parts and the exploded view illustrations help considerably. Would be nice if we could download interactive diagrams. Haha difficult time getting anyone on the phone but I did exchange emails with Tyler. Thanks, Tyler. Shipping is expensive. US mail is 7 - 10 days! Will return to your company as needed. Thanks”

“Sent wrong install tool.The package was open and missing the nuts and tip for the seal removal tool. Sent email regarding issues, never heard back, tried to call the customer service line and could never talk to anyone”

“They seem to had all the parts I requested in stock. Emailed them a couple times about the issue I was having with transfer case, but never heard back from them about that. Then there's the shipping, I paid for 2day shipping which per USPS says it's guaranteed 2days and it took 4 days to receive. Truck shifts into 4wd better but still hangs up between 4hi/4lo and that was the question I had requested early on the was never addressed.”

“The fact that I order a complete rebuild kit for a nv4500 and it still has yet to show up and I have to wait a total of 2 weeks because one of the parts for the transmission is out of stock. So I’ve got a truck sitting in my shop for 3 weeks with a transmission all apart and a unhappy customer Bc he needs the truck ASAP... not very impressed to say the least.”
