“Kit was returned for refund. Part Numbers of the kit looked correct. But, the kit I received had to be returned due to issues with the items with the bearings sent not being genuine. One bearing was a made in China bearing not Timken marked or otherwise(only marking was the part number). The spec on the off brand bearing was very poor and the roller caged rubbed the inner race. The other issue with the kit was it shipped with two sets of bearing were KOYO matched with Timken races. The kit was listed online as a full Timken kit when I bought it. Follow Buyers please look out and check your kits are genuine Timken or genuine KOYO from any reseller, it can be hard to tell buying online. Staff was easy to work with on return, but I lost time deal with the issues, and had to reorder elsewhere for less $.”

Hi Adam- Sorry for shipping the incorrect parts. We have been using Timken USA bearings for years (for most kits), and only recently our suppliers have been sending us either Timkens produced elsewhere or a complete different brand altogether. Of course they have done this without notifying us, so we were never aware we had to look. They come private labeled in individual boxes and the warehouse crew has never had to verify country of origin before. We have begun checking EVERY bearing to ensure future orders get the correct parts.
