“Wasn’t sure what I needed so called customer service. He was awesome to deal with and very helpful, haven’t dealt with someone that good in customer service anywhere. Shipping was very fast, I would order from them again in a heartbeat!”

“I was really disappointed when I paid for the more expensive seal and something happened and I received the less quality seal for the higher price. If I had not caught the mistake I would have paid more and received the wrong part. Thankfully Nathan and Chris assisted me in sending a return label, refunding my cost plus shipping. I look forward to a better shopping experience next time .”

“I had googled “NP205 idler shaft shims” and your kit came up. It did not include those shims. I ended up getting them from another source”

Jason, Im sorry that you ordered the wrong kit for your project. Google picks up on Key words, the QA2061 kit you ordered fits an NP205. The descrption lists what is included in the kit you ordered. If you wish to return please reach out via email or call us and we can get it handled and get the parts refunded.

“Dodge NV4500: Great vids, Awesome book, Amazing website. Yes, prices are higher but, I called, talked to an actual person, and ordered my rebuild kit and gears. Shipped out the next day. On my porch 3 days later. Every part I ordered was in the box and the highest quality available. Torrington, and Timken bearings. Nothing missing in the box. That saved me time. Worth the extra money for all the listed above services that come for free. I will never go anywhere else.”

USPS to Canada. USPS had your package held up in California for 10 business days with no reasoning for the delay. USPS is already slow as most know, shipping to Canada is even slower. Torque King shipped out your package within 2 business days as promised.
