“I've ordered from you before, and everything was good. This time I needed the parts fast, so ordered from you instead of my other suppliers because the website said it was in stock. I paid extra for two day shipping. When the parts didn't arrive, I called to see why the parts hadn't even shipped yet. I was told the inventory was unexpectedly depleted of that part before the system could update to reflect the out of stock status. He assured me his shipment would arrive soon and would be shipped 2 day shipping, but that they would refund me the difference paid for expedited shipping. Took almost 2 more weeks to get me the parts and no credit back on the shipping. Should have canceled my order and gone elsewhere. At least the parts were what I ordered.”

“The package arrived in rough shape but that's not at fault of them. Each part is carefully packaged individually inside a big box that had proper packaging material inside. The needle bearings arrived broken but like I mentioned before it seems like the shipping company mishandled the heavy box and they broke from the weight shift. Customer service was excellent from torque king, they shipped me the replacement parts in very timely manner. I will definitely be buying from them again!”
