my order was placed with Brandon for an overnight delivery. He assured me that it would be picked up in the morning and delivered the next day. I was suprised at this because Thanksgiving was the next day. Anyway, i PAID THE $50 for the "overnight", and didn't see the package until 6 days later. I had already taken the transfer case apart, so I was without my truck for those 6 days. VERY inconvienent. Robert Lemay

The parts seem very high quality and the sight is easy to use. The only thing i did not give an extra two stars for was that when i ordered something from them i forgot to add one thing to my order and there was no way to edit or cancel the order so i had to pay extra in shipping costs. I guess its partially my fault for not adding the other item but on any other site there are usually options to correct human error on the purchasers part.

Need a quicker turn around, I placed my order Thursday morning, had to call on Monday for a tracking number, so my truck sat through the weekend, it’s only overnight freight from Billings to Missoula, will purchase again, but please ship ASP!!

Hi there- your order did ship on the date that was estimated when you ordered. There was a 2 day lead time shown, and your parts did ship exactly how we estimated.

it was the wrong seal a needed the rear output shaft seal not the front out put seal on a 1984 k10 np208c transfer case

I was happy with the service and product but the shipping was to much and then had to pay 43$ duty on 160$ part so not price effective All in i could of saved 50$ shopping local

Hi there- we have no control on what other countries charge for Duties and Taxes on products from the US, but I believe different shipping methods incur different charges, and I hear the Mail delivery service has the best taxation rates.

Well I have ordered a boot and two clamps that is different part numbers because one clamp needs to be smaller. One clamp is also $3 more than the other. Ordered the parts two months ago so that I have them when needed. The parts show and all I did was look that that part numbers match what I ordered and stored it in garage. Well today I want to install the boot and clamps, hmm, wouldn't you know that the clamps are the exact same size with the exact number stamped on the clamps. 48.5 So no 40 mm clamp. What type of quality control do have so mistake like this is possible?

Product and knowledge is great! But not sure what going on lately. But getting back has been difficult. Had to leave 3 messages thru out 2 days and email. Before someone got back to me. I even call Chamber of Comm. To see if they knew anything, like a fire. Then another 24 hours plus before parts ship. Can we blame Corvid?

Emailed to confirm stock status and was told all items were available. After placing order was notified one item was not available because of an error in inventory tracking. The in stock items did ship very quickly but now I am unable to complete the axle because of the small missing component.

My only gripe is that a part was not listed as out of stock on the website or anywhere else when it was it was in fact out of stock, keeping my whole order from being shipped. With all of the reminders of prompt order processing and “this order can’t be changed it is already being fulfilled,” ten days later I was a little frustrated and stressed about my only vehicle when my order had still not shipped. They were later extremely helpful over the phone with exact dates, and definitive answers, just information I wish I knew when I ordered.

Upset tracking was not accurate, was told on telephone one day, and it was delayed for whatever reason. Great parts, a little expensive.

The book is very well laid out and written. I learned that it is probably cheaper to buy a rebuilt transmission than to rebuild it. I just wish that I would not have spent all this money to find this out.

Reference to AC PF52 vs. AC PF52E: I didn't like the fact that you advertised a particular item and sent me something different. Even though what you sent is a replacement for the item I ordered that is what you should have advertised. What you sent (AC PF52E) has been reviewed as lesser quality and can be purchased locally. Proper advertising is what purchasers rely on as we physically can't see what's on the "shelf". Also saves time and money. I did like the fact that you accepted my return and gave me a full refund.

Hi, yes this was an oversight by our purchaser that the "E" is a separate product that is the direct super-session of the PF52. GM issued no notification of a super-session, so while we ordered the PF52 they sent us the PF52E. I have not found a difference in specifications so any quality difference is debatable at this point, but we have fixed our website so the discontinued part can no longer be ordered. -Jesse

The timeliness of the order fulfillment was not acceptable for my need of the part so was forced to cancel the order. The customer service was excellent .
