“I ordered front and rear diff gaskets the rear is the correct gasket and the front is wrong. I emailed about this issue and I still haven’t received a response some I’m not happy.”

“Product is good, customer service is subpar. Sent email, no answer. Called and did get an answer but tried to get a pdf or some kind of installation instructions and none were available. Only option was to buy a 10$ printed book, which would have taken a week to deliver and I needed to install asap. Perhaps include instructions with the purchase? That would be helpful.”

“Needed to cancel an order and sent an email 5 minutes after order was placed. Got no reply, sent a second email 4 hrs later, no reply. Then called and was told I’d be sent a form to cancel the order. Got nothing. Emailed again the next day and was then told the order couldn’t be canceled in time….it already shipped!!! Wtf? Still have not received the order. Could’ve saved me alot of trouble and time and money on shipping both ways if you had your system worked out…”

“the gasket kit for my transfer case was good the needle bearings that Igot are the wrong size they do not fit in the output shaft they measure .312 of an inch the old bearings measure .310 of an inch”

“I bought this thinking it was what I needed to show how I remove and reinstall the front axle seals on our 2010 ram 2500. Instead it is how to remove the axles and rebuild the u-joints. This paper references what I need however it is not on your website. This is very confusing to me.”

“They were prompt and the bolts appear To be quality. Unfortunately the bolts are the wrong size. I received a call after ordering as the caller said this is one of the more returned items. I explained the application and it agreed with their data. I did find the right ones through another company.”
