the shipping was outrageous for a tiny part could've easily put it in a bubble wrap mailer and shipped it for a fraction of the cost, otherwise the part was priced fairly and exactly what i needed.

Thats the tough part about shipping internationally, the shipping gets a bit high plus the exchange rate doesn't help 12/27/22

It would be nice if you had more components like studs, bolts, steering arms king pins, shims and a diagram for the older closed knuckles axles.

They took too long to ship my order out and I had to call twice

Their product was ok. Shipping sucked I payed for shipping when I first ordered and then got another shipping bill after my stuff was delivered. Fucken greasy!!!!

the bill wasn't for shipping, it would have been duties and fees since you are in Canada and we are in the States. The shipping you pay to us pays to get the product to your door, the bill you received would be for duties and any other fees they (not us) decide to charge. There is a note while checking out that indicates that we do not pay the duties.

Product was a perfect fit and had everything I needed. Only reason for 3 stars is I think the price was excessive for what I purchased.

Welcome to the truck world, everything cost more than you think because its expensive to make! That flange is discontinued and we have to have it made.

Wasn't impressed tool didn't properly fit seal so would go crooked and ruined 1 seal. I had to set with another drive then set it in with torque tool hopefully its correct no leaks. For the money be nice if use 1 tool whole process. Like the rings too thick maybe I had a defect tool would be like crossthreading a bolt.

We contacted Casey for some more information. Unfortunately Casey was using the wrong brand of seal, there is a note on all of our tools that states what brands of seals they do not fit. Most all of our tools do not fit National or NAK seals! Please read the tech notes! Tool would have performed correctly had the correct seal been used, hopefully the seal he installed went in properly but if not we do sell the correct seals.

I do like selection of hard to get Cummins products and prompt shipping. The set back is that Canadian customers pay a hefty price for shipping.

Transfer bolts where the wrong size
Helpful Report

Michael, you ordered 2 versions of the same bolt, neither of which are for the transfer case end of your driveshaft. 03-13 Rams have 2 different bolt sizes on the driveshaft. QU70008 and QU11028 both connect the front of the driveshaft to the front axle. QU10806 would have been the bolt to connect the driveshaft to the transfer case. We even made an exploded view to make it easy. https://torqueking.com/product/sku/xv508-exploded-view-2003-2013-5-ram-2500-3500-front-cv-driveshaft/

Working on my 1969 Ford F350, I found the previous owner used a chisel to tighten the nuts that hold the hubs on the Dana 70 axle. Torque king was the only company that had the nuts in stock, after talking to Nathan on the phone I ordered the nuts and locking rings. I put the drivers side together with no issues, on the passenger side the little tab stripped off the locking ring before it got the nut fully torqued. I contacted Torque king and they sent me a new one. I installed that one and sheared off the tab before it was fully torqued. Not worth my time to try and get a third ring, I need my truck for a job that I already put off 2 weeks waiting on parts. I put the old lock ring back on until I can find a better lock ring. I will be replacing both sides just for extra peace of mind after shearing tabs off 2 different locking rings.

Good selection of products and good prices. Should either not use email or monitor it better. I sent two emails relating to my last parts order but neither of them were answered.

The book has great information and really helpful description! I was slightly dissapointed to see that they whole book wasnt laminated. I expected that for the price I paid.

Got my parts fast. Surprising because im in Canada. Parts were plastic not aluminum so we will see how they last. Still impressed I could rebuild Dana 60 external locking hubs.

I was really disappointed when I paid for the more expensive seal and something happened and I received the less quality seal for the higher price. If I had not caught the mistake I would have paid more and received the wrong part. Thankfully Nathan and Chris assisted me in sending a return label, refunding my cost plus shipping. I look forward to a better shopping experience next time .

Joe, Were sorry to hear that your experince wasn't as expected to begin with. Sometimes parts get put away in the wrong bins back in the warehouse and it causes a bit of frustration. Feel free to reach out in the future and we can get you taken care of properly.

Took 6 Days for them to package up one Seal installer and mail it. And I am pretty sure they will BLAME COVID for their slowness.

Actually, we won't blame COVID but thanks. This was actually on us, the tool you ordered is made in-house, the location they are typically kept was empty and whoever put them away last put them in a whole different isle. We apologize for the inconvenience, and to make up for it we sent a credit to your account. -TW

Part # on input shaft I bought from you guys is etched right into BEARING surface ?? ,,,[NV25356HD [ your # assigned ? QU52170. I did LOT research ,thinking I would be Upgrading to one of Your mainshafts But seems you've concluded [ I could be wrong ] that the Good ones [at Least press fit bearings ] no longer available ? ? Weddle would prob make you some ,but likely $$ and in Australia,, guess not enough out there , getting old Mine [95 dodge /cummins 4x] apparently not worked hard [249k] ,appears orig. 5th gear still tight, press /no fretting [redish residue Isn't Rust it's parts making metal w/each other] ,, so reusing .... [pisses me off because is some wear pilot nose bearing],, agree with [ Dan's ] earlier shaft article ,,, [think ideal maybe 2/3 spline /smooth portion press fit ,,even if just on tips splines of 5th .... Guess I'll pull input and see if will polish off in my lathe ,,[felt pretty deep w/fingernail,,,,of flip bearing / hope pilots right on splines and washer has heat treat....I'm also correcting alignment of cast iron tail housing dowels ,,,this one I got from NY is .010 high , and .010 to left [prob run, about on bubble if actually a upgrade at that point] I made dial indicator tool that screws into the shaft ... I'm semi retired aircraft accy tech . Don W

One bearing is bent as shown in the photo This came in a set set so not sure how to proceed but I must put the truck back together My right front was the bad one wanted to replace both fronts but obviously that will not be happening. Hopefully I can get some money back Or the left side replaced.
