“Working on my 1969 Ford F350, I found the previous owner used a chisel to tighten the nuts that hold the hubs on the Dana 70 axle. Torque king was the only company that had the nuts in stock, after talking to Nathan on the phone I ordered the nuts and locking rings. I put the drivers side together with no issues, on the passenger side the little tab stripped off the locking ring before it got the nut fully torqued. I contacted Torque king and they sent me a new one. I installed that one and sheared off the tab before it was fully torqued. Not worth my time to try and get a third ring, I need my truck for a job that I already put off 2 weeks waiting on parts. I put the old lock ring back on until I can find a better lock ring. I will be replacing both sides just for extra peace of mind after shearing tabs off 2 different locking rings.”
