“Wrong part was shipped. Did not match what was on website. I was told I could return for a restocking fee, plus shipping and handling. So, I have to loose money due to your incompetence. Will not be doing business again. Have all screen shots and emails for validation.”

“I needed rear wheel bearings for a 99 Ram. Was trying to piece the parts together all over the place. From new wedges for the nylock nuts, seals, inner/outer bearings and races. Torque King had what I needed conveniently packaged together shipped quick with great communication along the way. I am very happy and highly recommend this website.”

“Great selection of hard to find parts, fast shipment. However, after paying over $20 shipping, twice, I finally decided to not but the two small orings I found out were needed, after your shipping department, again,decided to ship them at the over $20 shipping. I called and asked if it was possible to drop them into an envelope and put a 50 cent stamp on it, but never got a call back. So, lost sale for y'all, and now my hubs are running with old orings. Give us some more reasonable shipping options for 5 stars.”

“WHEN WE ORDERED THE PARTS WE NEEDED, THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT. AFTERWARD, IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. NO ONE COULD GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ALMOST A WEEK. FINALLY WHEN I DID GET A TRACKING NUMBER IT WAS NOT TO MY ORDER. NO ONE COULD GET ME THE INFO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. NO ONE WOULD CALL OR EMAIL LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, I KEPT HAVING TO REACH OUT. AND WHEN I DID REACH OUT I WAS ALWAYS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH SAID INFO BUT AGAIN NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL BACK. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN”
