“You never see when people make orders it took a week before I called and you guys didn’t even know I placed an order. I just spent a bunch of extra money for overnight shipping and you guys didn’t even get back to me. The only reason you guys get 3 stars is because your lady on the phone is nice.”

“Ordered two different spindle sockets and received wrong sizes once was my bad. When I finally had someone on the phone he said it appeared they had sent the wrong one. Then was sent an email saying they do not send rma return labels and I would have to pay for all return shipping and then only be refunded the item price. Absolute waste of over 80.00 after overcharged shipping as well.”
