Just got this and tried it out.....I followed the directions exactly for the pens. They apply with smudges and are inconsistent. They also run out of paint for anything larger than a quarter! The primer is white and when you run out of the paint, it stays white. The clear coat pen rubs the paint off. Can't say enough bad things. Get another product! Wish I had got the brush applicator only....please do the same.
I ordered the touch up pens. The primer is so think it’s just goop. It will not go onto my car. I also got the spray paint. It was suppose to be white platinum pearl. It’s just white. Like a Snow White. Does not match what so ever. Money wasted on my end. I’m sure I won’t get my money back. So thanks for nothing.
The primer pen was chunky. Not sure if the product is bad or if I got a bad pen with dry paint.
I’m not happy with the results.
It has been 6 days and my order has not even shipped.
The paint didnt match. I wasn't happy at all with the finish. I followed the directions and it came out horrible. I was so disappointed
083 aerosol cans went from $43 to $84. That's rediculous
Ordered my touch up on May 9th and paid for fast shipping. 10 days later still no paint
Spent $100 on a paint kit for my 2016 Honda Civic. I followed the instructions word for word and even the videos online. Once I finished and removed the masking tape, that paint did NOT match. Not even close. It was way brighter than my cars actual colour (orchid white pearl). And to top it all off, the clear coat didn’t even work. I even made sure to put one extra coat on there. There was no shine to the paint job whatsoever. It was completely matte. It sucks because per their website, you CANNOT return used products. So I’m basically s*#! Out of luck. Spent $100 on something that does not work as advertised. I really don’t recommend using them. Especially for a tri-coat paint job. Get it professionally done. That’s what I’m doing instead in a few days.

The applicators are so stiff the paint won't flow to the tip. leaves steaks. Waste of money. Now looks worse than it did originally.

I recieved touch up kit with the paint color for my 2006 HD Road King, black cherry pearl, and the paint color isn't even close. I completed the steps advised in the instructions. I understand that Harley colors are hard to match but what I received isn't even close.

I placed an order on April 7th and it’s April 28th and my tracking number says it’s still on it’s way to the facility. Where is my order?
The paint does not match my car. way to bright
I ordered for the 2nd time a Porche Carrara White aerosol paint to redo my door. It came Siver Metallic. My whole project is ruined! I would recommend to try it first in a non essential metal or car part before applying it on you car. I had previously received a can from them and it had no issues, so I trusted that this can would do the job...

You are correct that you should always test the paint before you apply it to your vehicle. We include a test card with every order for this reason. That said, there's no excuse for the wrong color to arrive. We certainly understand what it means to be set back on a project like this.
